Find your inner tease with this adorable pair of lace garter leggings. They are made from soft and stretchy sheer floral lace, and trimmed in multi-color red and black lace at top, and ruffled black lace at bottom.

These leggings won't stay up on their own!  You'll need to wear them with a garter belt, or as shown in the photos, with a pair of my garter shorts.

Leg circumference is measured around your leg halfway between crotch and knee.

This is a sample pair of leggings, made to a 32/33 inch inseam. If worn barefoot, I recommend this length for heights around 5'6"-5'8". With 3" heels, 33" leggings correspond to heights around 5'4"-5'6".

My garter leggings pattern is epic - hugging the knees just right, then flaring out to a full bellbottom at the hem. You’ll need something to hold them up. You can use a garter belt - or for the look in the pictures, grab a pair of my garter shorts:
