Is Your Jewelry Hypoallergenic?

Yes, our earrings are considered hypoallergenic. We primarily use stainless steel for posts/hooks. Occasionally, we incorporate gold-plated components, both of which are suitable for sensitive ears. The specific metal components used are detailed in each product listing. If your skin is highly sensitive to nickel, please don’t choose stainless steel or gold-plated jewelry. Both metals technically have trace amounts of nickel, but it's such a small amount that it doesn't affect most people. If you have a known nickel allergy, exercise caution as even trace amounts can trigger irritation/discomfort. Always consult with a healthcare professional if you're concerned about potential reactions. Titanium posts for studs are available upon request.

What materials are used in your jewelry?

We create our pieces using Sculpey polymer clay, which is phthalate-free and non-toxic. For earring hooks, ball posts, and stud posts, we prioritize hypoallergenic materials to ensure comfort and safety. Occasionally, we incorporate additional materials such as glitter, acrylic paint, transfer paper, or resin. Resin is sometimes used as a protective topcoat to enhance the shine and safeguard any painted or transfer designs beneath.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Each of my pieces is lovingly handmade, which makes every item truly one of a kind! Because of this, slight imperfections, variations, or differences may occur. This can include: -Tiny air bubbles, scratches, or dents -Slight color variations or texture differences -Unique details that add to the charm and individuality of each piece While I strive to make every piece as perfect as possible, these natural variations are part of what makes handmade items special and authentic. Rest assured, the quality and care that go into each piece remain consistent.

Cancellations and Returns

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Orders that have already been shipped after the 12 hour timeframe cannot be canceled. For hygiene reasons, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please notify me within 48 hours of receiving the items if there are any issues. You can send a message through Etsy with photos and a brief explanation so I can review the situation. If an item breaks due to a flaw in the design, I will send a replacement.

TOPPERS: Polymer clay is very lightweight and durable and can last a very long time with proper care. If you need to clean your pieces, use a damp cloth and wipe gently.
