The product you order is special for you and is produced on your behalf. Therefore, the production day varies between 1-2 days. This may vary during the peak seasons.

SHIPPING TIME
Our products are sent between 3-5 days by standard cargo after the production stage. Please review shipping upgrade options for fast shipping. The production times remains same.


RETURN and REFUND

We cannot accept exchanges or returns on custom made items. If you want to cancel the order, please let us know within 12 hours.
