I accept PayPal payment in USD. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.
Returns & exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping policies
Canvas paintings - I wrap it in bubble wrap and shipped in a cardboard box to protect the canvas.
Paintings on paper - I enclose it in a clear sleeve, then I mail it in a rigid mailer with additional cardboard to protect the painting.
Your order will be shipped within 4 business days.
If your order is a gift and is going directly to the recipient, I can add a personalized note for no extra charge. Message me through Etsy or email me at laurentaylorcreates [at] gmail [dot] com to request this.

Custom Orders: I offer custom variations of paintings I've already created or I can collaborate with you to create something completely new! I will work directly with you to come up with something that you will absolutely love! A custom painting will take me approximately 2 weeks to complete after inception. If it is going to take a longer amount of time I will let you know. Once the painting is finished I will send you a picture of it and will make any reasonable changes requested. Once the painting is finalized I will ship it within 4 business days.
