What a sweet, sentimental gift for a vintage lover "mama-to-be", or a Tiffany collector!

Based on the Tiffany markings, we know they were made between mid 1930 to early 1931 (Tiffany Holloware Pattern Number 21629) under artistic directorship of John C. Moore II (Fun facts: Not sure if they are related, but John C. Moore was one of the finest American Holloware silversmithies who started to design for Tiffany exclusively in the late 1840s/early 1850s).

The base/ handles covered in sterling silver, the brushes were made with soft organic bristle (most likely boar hairs). Both brushes are in good vintage condition over all. Although they are useable, they are probably best use as decor for a nursery. The wooden bases of the brushes are slightly loose, and have surface scratches/ light dents. There are initial (GSF). Will include a vintage Tiffany box for them.
