Boxes are made of real pizza box material. Sturdy corrugated cardboard!!

Personalziation:
🚨The cover is the only part that is personalizable. Please provide the name for the personalized section of the box or if you purchase the personalized message option, include the entire message as you'd like it to be typed (spelling/punctuation). Formatting will be altered to fit the design space. Message will be in all caps as shown in the picture. No emojis or images including hearts. If hearts are included in the text the word love will replace it. If hearts are added at the end, they will be removed. All other emojis will be removed. Text is copied and pasted into the designed in order ensure accuracy, however emojis and images come through as boxes and cause for manual process and extra time to fix this issue and can create errors in the design. Quotes are not needed to tell me what your message is. That is what the box is for. If quote used, I’m going to assume you want them as part of your message. The heart on the image will remain. All text will capitalized. Watermark is not part of final design. There is no limit on the characters for the message, however the more characters, the smaller the text will be. Please do not add any additional notes or messages in the personalization box as this will be considered part of the message and be copied and pasted and pasted with the message. Please send notes and instructions to me separately.

How to create the box:
It is suggested that you use tape to hold the money in place.Folded Washi tape or double sided tape is best.

Shipping:
This item will ship priority mail.
Once the item leaves my hands I cannot control shipping times or delays. Refunds will not be provided for items lost, damaged, or not arriving in time. If you need by a certain time, please review the USPS website for delivery times before purchasing.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations. However, If I make an error I will do everything in my power to make it right. However, this must be brought to my attention within 5 days of the item being delivered and a solution must be agreed upon within 15 days of delivery. Please contact me directly to work out details as each situation will be unique. Post office issues will need to be handled via a post office claim and I can assist with this process. Please keep all packaging as they will need to see this. If items are being returned for a replacement, they must hit the post office and show that in tracking before I issue a new item.
