Custom and personalized orders

We do custom work all the time. Search up "Custom Location Form" and you will see a product page where customers can input any location in the world and we design the art (input the location in the personalization field).

We accept returns and exchanges for any reason within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please contact me before returning any item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, I may have already started processing your item, especially if it is custom-made. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

What happens if my order arrives damaged/defected?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. I will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

We do offer discounts on bulk orders! If you're interested in purchasing a large quantity, please message me with the details, and I’ll be happy to discuss pricing and availability.
