Leg armor is super useful for many different costumes! Hope my pattern collection will help! includes 16 designs:

Thigh Armor (4 different designs)
Knee Armor (4 different designs)
Leg Armor (4 different designs)
Shoe Armor (4 different designs)

Combine all of these in different ways for even more variations! I recommend using 5mm low-density or high density EVA foam as well as contact cement to create these leg armor pieces. It's super easy and incredible fun to create a costume! Other materials work as well of course. Vector files are scalable and can easily be resized or changed to your own liking. I used my own leg as the base for these patterns. I’m 174cm (5'7) tall and weight 60kg (132pound). My calves are 37.5cm (14.7inch) at the thickest point.
