I am absolutely appalledled with this seller. I ordered this robe for my wedding, providing my date in advance to ensure timely delivery. The robe arrived just before, but when I tried it on, I was horrified. The glitter was everywhere, shedding like crazy, and the quality was horrendous—cheap, like something off Temu, not what was promised in the listing. I couldn’t wear it at all, so I carefully folded it back up. When I messaged the seller to explain and request a return, she accused me of lying, saying I was trying to cheat her because my wedding had already passed. She refused any return or even an apology and was incredibly rude. To accuse a paying customer of dishonesty is unacceptable. I’ve never been treated so poorly by an Etsy seller. Avoid this seller at all costs—this robe is a complete scam, and the seller’s cappal
