Do your Mailbox Decals last in the weather?

Yes, all of our mailbox decals are made from high quality outdoor vinyl to withstand the elements.

Will your mailbox decal stick to my mailbox?

Our decals will stick to any hard flat surface. We do not recommend wooden bumpy surfaces. However, if you send us a photo of your mailbox we will evaluate it and let you know if it will stick.

I want a monogram but I'm not sure what order my initials should be in

Standard monogram format is First name, LAST name, Middle name so if your name is Jane Ann Smith your monogram would be JSA

I like the pet tags with the saying on the front. Can I have engraving on the back?

Yes all of our custom saying pet tags are listed with two lines of information on the back, should you need more information please simply write that in the notes section when placing your order and we will be happy to engrave it. We can only engrave 1-4 lines of information with 16 characters per line

Will my decal have the same font as the picture?

Yes unless you request a custom order from us, your product will have the same font as shown in the picture.

Do you offer returns?

On Personalized items we do not offer returns. However if an item is received damaged, or incorrect due to our error it will be replaced free of charge.

There is a mistake on my order what do I do?

We all make mistakes from time to time. Should your order arrive incorrect please simply take a photo of the product and send us a message. We will take care of the rest.

How do I enter my personalization information?

For any personalized product please write your custom information in the "notes to seller" section of the order process when placing your order.

I have given the wrong shipping address

We normally give 24 hours before we ship your order. If you have given the wrong shipping address and your order has not shipped please write us and it can be changed. We are not responsible for any shipping address given to us that has not requested a change within 24 hours. If a package is delivered to the shipping address given it is not our responsibility and will fall on the usps to help you locate your package. A replacement order will cost 4.25 for us to re-send.
