1. Painting or Prints?

All paintings are hand-painted on canvas by me and my partner, there’s no print sale in my store.

2. Can I custom the order？

You can customize your painting in my gallery. Just send me your exact requirements including the size and the custom painting detail before you place the order. I’ll give you what you want.

3. Is the painting I bought exactly the same as the one shown on Etsy?

Not exactly. Your painting may not be exactly the same as the picture you made the order from. It will be nearly identical, but not exactly the same. Because all of our paintings are handmade and often custom ordered, there might be minor or subtle changes that occur with your painting. What I can promise is the quality of the artwork I deliver, and it will be a beautiful painting as you expect. Meanwhile, I will send you photos and a video of your finished painting before you confirm delivery.

4. Is it safe to ship my painting?

To protect painting well during international shipping, all paintings are ROLLED(Unframed/Not Stretched) and shipped in a quality plastic/cardboard tube to avoid damage. It's 100% safe and the painting comes back to its original/flat state once you stretch it on a wooden base. If you want to stretch and frame your painting by our shop, please contact me first. Thanks.

5. Can I return my painting if it doesn't meet my expectations?

Yes, please return it within 30days after receiving the item. We will refund the money when we receive the goods. The artwork should be returned in its original package, and you should bear the cost of shipping returns, customs duties, and additional charges.

Never hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source. Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling any canvas painting. Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down. How to tighten a loose and saggy canvas painting: If over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen up and sag, you can try the following: Spray an even, fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries. Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas painting.

▶Creation
During the creation process of the painting, we will show you photos and videos of the painting. Because our paintings are handmade and often custom-made, small or subtle changes may occur to your painting. Your painting may not be exactly like the original. You can express all your wishes, for example regarding colors and shades. We will make all the necessary changes. Only when you are satisfied with your painting will we send it to you!

▶ Frame and Stretch.
All paintings are rolled (unframed/unstretched) and shipped in high-quality cardboard tubes, in order to protect the paintings well and avoid damage during international shipping.
You can go to a local framing store after receiving the painting, or buy framing materials online and DIY it.
Of course, if you want to frame it through our store before shipping, we can do this for you. Additional fees will be required. Just contact me for a offer. Thank you.

▶Delivery
After you place an order, the artist usually completes your painting within 2-5 days according to your order, and it will be delivered to your home within 4-9 days after shipment.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for
delays due to customs.
