Einkorn Sourdough Boule, Artisan Homemade Bread, Organic Long Fermentation Ancient Grain

Delicious Ancient Grain Blend of Einkorn Whole Grain Wheat and White Bread Flour (Whole Grain) Medium Size Artisan Loaf.

Made with natural fermented sourdough starter from scratch. No preservatives. No packaged yeast. Made with whole grain flour, water and salt. Yields approximately 8 to 16 slices depending on thickness of slice. Loaf pictured weighs approximately 2 pounds. Due to the level of hydration within the loaf, the weight can fluctuate 1 to 2 oz give or take in the cooling process after it comes out of the oven. I can use the same weight of raw dough, and will get varying baked weights. No two will look exactly alike. Last picture in listing is a 1 lb boule that is baked on the light side.

This boule is baked on the light side for the crust. Convo me if you prefer a darker crust. Will ship as a whole boule unless you request it to be sliced.

Best to slice and eat within 5-7 days. Recommended to slice and place in freezer if wanting to use for sandwich bread or toast. The packing wrap the bread ships in is fine for the freezer as is.

However, most loaves are devoured within 1-2 days! Once you have fresh baked natural sourdough bread you will not want to have any other versions of it.

Orders will ship on same day that bread is baked to ensure the upmost freshness! The 1-2 week order process is to allow for the fermenting and baking process that can range 1-3 days and for any unforeseen batch mess-ups! I added next day shipping that is only applicable to the date that the bread bakes.
