If we have your ring in stock it will ship the next business day. Any rings which we don't have current stock of will take around 7-10 days to ship. You can find a more accurate delivery date at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 days, and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

We highly recommend getting sized at a local jeweller for the most accurate fit. Our rings are true to standard UK ring sizes and cannot be resized due to their durability.

What if my ring doesn’t fit?

No worries! We offer exchanges for a different size. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the process. A size exchange fee must be paid and return shipping is paid for by the customer.

Can you resize engraved rings?

Unfortunately due to the hardness of the metals we cannot resize engraved rings. You can arrange a new size to be sent out by purchasing both the 'size exchange' and 'custom engraving' listings together. You will also be able to keep your original ring.

What’s the difference between tungsten and titanium?

Tungsten is ultra-durable, scratch-resistant, and has a heavier, premium feel. Titanium is lightweight, strong, and comfortable for all-day wear. Both metals are great choices, so it depends on your preference!

Will my ring scratch or tarnish?

Tungsten is highly scratch-resistant, while titanium is more prone to minor scratches but is extremely durable. Neither metal tarnishes or rusts.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn rings. Custom or engraved rings are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
