Yes, all of the patterns include 1.5cm seam allowance unless otherwise stated on the pattern.

How to print and assemble a PDF pattern?

When printing your pattern first print out the page with the 10cmx10cm test square. Set the print scale to 100%. When assembling match the markings on the pages to get the final pattern pieces.

I had to make quite a few tweaks as it's definitely a pattern for someone who is not as tall as I am (5ft11"). The bust line, waist and straps were all much too high up on me. Would maybe be helpful to mention the optimal height for your patterns.
