When will my order be shipped out and how long will it take to arrive to me?

Orders are generally shipped from USA 4 - 9 BUSINESS days from the order date via United States Postal Service Mail. Orders take 2 weeks to be delivered within the United States and 2-5 weeks worldwide. Please be advised that the shipping is totally out of my control, this is only for the estimate, it works most of the time and I DO NOT guarantee the arriving time.

Will my print come with frame?

Frame Not Included. The frame is for display purpose only and is NOT included in your purchase.

Do you offer the printable file?

Printable file ONLY available to custom/personated order. For example: The custom portrait etc. For the rest items, we are Sorry that we DO NOT offer pintables.

Do you offer upgrade shipping?

Yes and No. Upgrade shipping available only for U.S Shipping Address. You may choose the upgrade shipping method from the drop down menu when you place your order (Not applicable to every item). International customers may contact me for a quote before place your order. Please be advised that Upgrade shipping is for the upgrade of shipping method. NOT for the processing time. We still need time to prepare your prints. The small size of prints are shipped out directly from our studio. For the larger sizes of print and canvas, we work closely with a US-based printer lab, they print and distribute the print for us.

Currently, canvas prints are only available for US shipping addresses. Rest of the world: Please contact me for shipping rates and for a custom order.

All prints will be packaged in an acid-free, protective sleeve in a large, flat cardboard envelope or a postal tube. The framed print will be packaged in a rigid box.

All canvasses are sent in protective cardboard boxes.

Shipping: I use USPS first-class shipping with tracking. The average time would be around 2 weeks. (US, Canada, and some European countries might take less; others might take longer.)

All canvases will ship separately with other paper prints. If you order both canvas and paper prints, you will receive separate packages. One for canvas, and another for paper print. Canvases will ship directly from the US canvas lab.

Please note that because of the high production costs and custom nature of canvas prints, all canvases are non-returnable or non-refundable. If, however, your canvas arrives damaged, please notify me as soon as possible to rectify the issue.

Please remember that colors may vary due to your monitor settings.
