This item is hand-cast and hand-painted and is therefore a unique piece which will vary slightly in appearance from the photograph - the pictures give a close representation of the item you will receive.

Please note: I will not supply these skulls as taxidermy props.

SHIPPING:

All orders will be very well packed and protected.

UK mainland: default postage by Royal Mail 2nd class, 1st class available at the checkout. If you buy more than 2 items they will be sent by courier (Parcelforce or UPS).
Highlands and islands & Northern Ireland: up to two items will be sent by Royal Mail, for 3+ items please contact me for courier costs.
I only use reputable couriers, never the ones everyone complains about.

INTERNATIONAL:

Default shipping (Standard Airmail) is tracked for USA and Australia, for other international destinations tracking is available as an add-on at the checkout. Multiple orders (2+ skulls or 2KG+) are normally sent by courier which is tracked by default. Please ensure that the address you have provided is correct and complete. Orders to EU countries cannot exceed €150 (£135) in value.

Most orders arrive in good time but please allow up to 30 days for delivery whatever your location. Things rarely take that long but delays can happen, sometimes a parcel can take 3 weeks to reach a European destination.
Royal Mail shipping time estimates are generally inaccurate.
Orders to the USA usually take around 2 weeks to arrive, most European countries between 1 and 2 weeks, Scandinavia around 2 weeks, Greece & Cyprus 2 weeks +. Things often reach The Netherlands quickly but sometimes the postal service will sit on the parcel for a couple of weeks.
Now that the UK has stupidly left the EU customs delays are possible.

Please be aware that whether a parcel is tracked or not once it’s in the postal system I have no control over it, if it’s delayed there is nothing I am able to do to get it moving or find out where it is, please bear this in mind when leaving feedback. It’s very rare to lose something in the post and I will of course make things right if that happens.
Most orders arrive in good time but if you need something for a birthday, photoshoot, Xmas etc I would advise buying in plenty of time or contact me about courier shipping.

EU customers: VAT is now payable on all orders, this will be added at checkout and collected by Etsy on behalf of your country’s tax authorities.
A single order cannot exceed the value of €150 (£135) as this will make it liable for extra customs charges and administration.
