How long does production take?

Most of my items are made to order. Production usually takes 3–6 business days before shipping. ⚠️ Bloxy Cola and Witches Brew cans require about 1–2 weeks. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours after purchase. After production starts, modifications or cancellations can no longer be made.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Since every product is made to order and personalized, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in the rare case of defects or production errors. If there’s an issue, please contact me — I’ll make sure to find a solution.

What if I ordered the wrong size or product?

Please double-check your selection before ordering. Sizes and product details are clearly listed in each description and image gallery. If the wrong size was chosen, production may already be in progress and cannot be changed afterward.

Do you sell digital items?

These products are available instantly after payment and are non-refundable once downloaded. If you encounter any issues with your files, contact me and I’ll gladly assist you.

Spezialanfertigungen und personalisierte Bestellungen

Yes! Most of our products can be personalized with names, dates, or special messages. Simply leave your request in the personalization field or send us a direct message.

Informationen zu Größen

Sizes are usually listed in the product images and/or item description. If you’re unsure which size fits your needs, please contact us before placing your order — we’re happy to help!

My order shows as “Delivered,” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

We understand how frustrating that can be! If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please first check with your neighbors or local post office. If it still doesn’t show up, we recommend opening a case on Etsy so that both your rights and ours are protected through Etsy’s support system. We’ll gladly work with you to find the best solution.

Can I request a preview before printing?

Absolutely! After placing your order, just send us a message if you’d like a digital proof before production. Please note that this process may slightly delay production and shipping times.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
