In the event you need to exchange/return an item, exchanges and returns are accepted on merchandise that is in original, undamaged condition within 5days from the date of delivery with the reason of exchange/return form.

The following items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange:
- Earrings (for hygienic reasons)
- Items which were modified, customized and/or altered according to your specifications
- Custom orders
- Items damaged or altered while in your care (wear and tear)
- Items past its return date
- Delayed shipping that is NOT over 5weeks.

CANCELLATION and Returning FEE

You may cancel your order within 2 business days from its placement without charge.

thereafter cancellations will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee.

We will accept returns on most pieces (see INELIGIBLE REFUND for exceptions). Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, all sales are final. Since our designs are crafted by hand, all returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.

We are shipping from S.Korea.

All items are packaged carefully in a sturdy cute box ready to give as a gift : )

The Items are shipped out in 10-14days after payment has cleared.

14k solid gold needs much more careful to make, so it needs more time to make.(7-10days more).

We will ship to the address on your Etsy. Please make sure your Etsy address is correct and "safe" to receive items.

-Standard shipping from S.Korea Post by Registered Small Packet Air Mail.
Estimated Delivery time: 7-28 business days after being shipped.
But some country may take longer than that due to strict custom inspection (ex.South America, Russia and Eastern Europe, etc.)

-Expedited shipping: Express Mail Service(EMS)
Estimated Delivery time: 4-8 business days after being shipped.
EMS is strongly recommended for over $100 orders. Recipient’s phone number required.

-To S.Korea shipping: We ship to use S.Korea Post. It takes 5~7days from start shipping.

This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or in climate weather condition.

Import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees are not included in the item price. You are responsible for paying any additional charges customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges

Packages that are refused due to customs and duty fees will NOT be refunded.
