Buyer beware, they have no return policy and the colors in the picture are completely off. They also do not remind you to buy a sample - either way you shouldn’t charge for samples. They claim it’s custom and will not return or exchange. Very disappointing and stuck either wall paper that is not truly black.

While we strive to represent colors as accurately as possible, slight variations may arise due to differences in monitor settings, lighting conditions, as well as the base color and finish of the selected material. We always recommend purchasing a sample to test the printed colors in your unique space before placing a full order. Unfortunately, in this case, we did not have a chance to make this suggestion, as a full order was placed before we were contacted. Since our wallpaper is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy is outlined in our listing descriptions, shop policies, and FAQ section.

Buyer beware, no returns or exchanges. There colors are and quality are not like on fotos. Samples were never suggested or offered during my order and my exchange with customer service. I ordered 3 big rolls and the colors are off light not as described. They will not take them back or exchange. Clearly they are not here to grow with returning customers. Very suspicious. If you’re looking for the black with grey flowers. Send me a message- I’m stuck with 3 rolls that do not look good with an actual black wall- buyer beware *****
