☆ APPLYING YOUR LABEL ☆

Soak the original label in warm soapy water to remove from the wine bottle, ensuring the bottle is completely dry before applying your new label.

Remove backing paper.

For a smooth application I recommend carefully positioning the middle of the label on to the bottle, then using a finger to smooth outwards to each side.

I always aim to process orders as soon as possible either the same day or next day however, in peak times such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father's Day etc., this can take anything between 1 – 3 working days.

The item is beautiful and came on time as expected. I have fedback directly to the seller on their customer service as I had asked if they thought my order would arrive before Friday (in their experience) to which I got a very long message in response that made me feel like I was being made out to be stupid e.g “there was an option to upgrade delivery, there always is”. I didn’t ask for upgraded delivery - I asked a seller for their opinion based on their experience. The seller did take this feedback on and the order did arrive which we are happy with. But something for other buyers to be aware of as it caught me off guard.
