Refunds will not be issued for late delivery when the packages were tendered to the carrier on time and the delay is the result of handling or inclement weather.

Shop is not responsible when there are address changes to the printed sales order.

3CSC will ship your package to arrive by date requested based on estimated dates by USPS, Fed Ex, etc.

Shop is not responsible for packages once they are handed off to a carrier, this includes claims of non- receipt when tracking shows package has been delivered.

Personalized orders are not refundable-make sure you are clear about any personalized items that you order.

Cookies are not guaranteed to arrive without damage. On occasion a cookie or two may be damaged in transit. This is a rare occurance. We ship cookies sealed in poly bags, cushioned in bubble wrap in bakery boxes packed in sturdy shipping cartons. Because cookies are perishable and not resaleable, there will not be refunds issued for cookies. In the event of documented problems (photos) with your cookie delivery, credits will be issued or replacements at the shop's discretion.

There is no refund for shipping fees.

COOKIE CANCELLATION POLICY:

Minimum 10 days notice before requested ship date required to cancel a cookie order.

Once production has begun on a cookie order, we do not offer refunds. Production can begin as early as one week before the requested ship date based on the amount of detail work and size of the order.

All jewelry items will ship First Class Mail unless you request a faster method.
For Priority or Express mail, the easiest way is to let me know prior to placing the order and I can either modify the listing or make a new listing reserved just for you.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.
