Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
~Most items may be eligible for a refund minus shipping, within 3 days of delivery date, depending on the item. If you're not overall happy with what you received, please contact me.

~There are no refunds on items that were made, altered, cut, customized, personalized, or produced especially for you, resellable or not.

~Trims that have been cut to send (sold by yard) are non refundable. Full ribbon rolls, yarns and trims are non refundable, even if on their spools or rolls. Please order samples before making large purchases.

~If a refund is granted it will be minus shipping, unless I goofed.

I adhere to my policies, but depending on the circumstances, I have the perfect freedom to bend to each unique refund request and even to be flexible on my "no returns" items. Shipping policies

I take utmost care in wrapping your packages safely (and beautifully) for shipping. That's part of the fun for me!

✿⊱╮ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: To make it easy for you, each listing has a "processing time" if you look under the shipping section above the shipping cost, it will say "Ready to ship in _________". This date may not apply to custom/handmade/personalized items. Those items can take 1-3 weeks depending on the labor involved and the number of orders on my table.

Since my shop consists of both commercial and completely handmade goods each item will have its own processing time, so if you have a deadline, please contact me. I aim to meet deadlines and good communication helps!

✿⊱╮STANDARD HANDLING AND COMBINED SHIPPING:
All orders ship via First Class unless an Express service is purchased in addition to your regular order, or unless the Flat Rate Priority options are a better shipping cost alternative, in which case I will automatically upgrade you to Priority Flat Rate and refund you any excess in shipping over $1.00.

✿⊱╮THE POST OFFICE: (not myself) can guarantee an arrival date only when an Express service is purchased along with your order. Express comes with a Money Back Guarantee for postage purchase only if not delivered by date given by USPS.

✿⊱╮INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Buyers are responsible for all original AND return shipping, fees, taxes, if any, applied at customs and any charges that are associated within each country's policies.

International orders are tricky so in some rare cases, there might be a difference due if the shipping comes up higher before your order ships out, due to weight, thickness of package, or other factors. In those instances, a customer can choose whether to pay the difference in shipping, or to cancel/refund their order.

It is illegal and fraud with a $10,000 fine and prison time for any U.S. merchant to falsify shipping forms to save a purchaser from paying their countries imposed taxes. Please don't ask me to do so. I love my customers, but jail time or 10 Grand is asking too much.

✿⊱╮INSURANCE: is offered if you want further protection- just let me know and I will gladly add it to your shipping charges. The packages that I automatically upgrade to Priority on your behalf for better shipping rate come with insurance starting at $50.00, but I can add more if you'd like at USPS rates. Usually the Insurance is a very tiny charge...a small price to pay for peace of mind :)

✿⊱╮THE NITTY GRITTY MESSAGE:
I'm happy to say that 99% of my wonderful, amazing customers don't need to hear the following, but for that ONE PERCENT:

PLEASE REMEMBER: I care very much about your packages. But once I carefully wrap your goodies, package them, print your label, provide you with a tracking number, and hand it to a USPS worker, I surrender all my Magical Superpowers concerning your package over to them. I am literally transferring my concluded responsibility to the United States Postal System.

I have been known to replace easy-to-replace items, and I am happy to do so as long as it is possible or reasonable to do so.

✿⊱╮OTHER:

WRONG ADDRESSES: I copy/paste the address you provided in each Etsy sales receipt to generate your shipping label. If your Etsy address is not updated and it goes to the wrong address, OOPS....I cannot be held responsible. If it gets returned to me, buyer is responsible to pay for shipping again to the correct address.

My home is smoke and pet free. I do have 3 amazing little humans that I adore, but they stay out of my studio.

I am the only pair of hands that runs every function of my shop from reordering, receiving, creating handmade orders, invoicing, shipping, shop maintenance and inventory and communication/messaging.

I fill orders on a day to day basis to meet your "ship by date" on your invoices from Monday to Saturday. I answer messages from Mondays to Fridays, usually within 24 hours, if not same day. My shop and studio are closed on Sundays.

This is not just a means of income for me- I enjoy looking for beautiful things to make available to you, I package them carefully and hope to bring some joy and delight to your day. I am always thinking of new things my customers might enjoy. I hope you have a pleasurable experience here!

Generally 2-3 weeks depending on how many orders are on my table. But I am able to meet most deadlines if I'm contacted with a rush request. Please provide a deadline, if you have one, and I will try to meet it.
My shop is mostly retail, but you may see just a few items labeled "wholesale". Those would be the only items offered wholesale in my shop, but feel free to ask me about bulk discounts.

Handmade orders are not available for wholesale or bulk prices at this time, due to labor, time, and products involved.
I have TONS more product than I can possibly list. I just don't have time to list it all in my shop between orders & my creating process. If there is anything you need that you don't see in my shop, please ASK!
