Returned Package to Seller

If your order is returned to us due to a delivery address issue, there will be a 20% restocking fee, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a refund minus the restocking fee and the shipping fee. Please make sure your address is correct when placing the order. This applies to any order that is stopped by the USPS too.

SHIPPING / LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING DELIVERED PACKAGE

All in house orders are shipped via USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE. Any order returned due to incorrect address information will be re-shipped again AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE. Please be sure to verify your address and provide all the necessary information for a prompt delivery. MANDYS CRAFTING SHOP is not responsible for any LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages. PACKAGES SHOWN AS DELIVERED by the USPS TRACKING SYSTEM BUT NOT RECEIVED BY THE BUYER IS THE BUYER'S FULL RESPONSIBILITY. A buyer agrees to take this issue up with their local postal service not MANDYS CRAFTING SHOP. If a USPS package arrives damaged and with missing items, immediately file a claim with USPS.

ISSUE WITH ORDER- Missing Item

Please open and check your order as soon as it is delivered. Order contents are checked 3 times before packaging. If by chance an item is missing follow these steps: Contact us immediately after delivery. Provide the name of the missing item and photos of the package mailer and all the contents that were received. If applicable a REFUND only will be issued. Inventory can not be guaranteed therefore, REPLACEMENTS ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR ANY REASON. If a USPS package arrives damaged and with missing items, immediately file a claim with USPS.

COLOR VARIATIONS: Even though we try our best to provide a picture that is as close as possible to the original, some shirt and writing colors might look a little different on your screen than it does on ours. This can happen and is no reason to claim a replacement or refund. Online shopping calls for some flexibility in color variation, etc. received. DESIGN VARIATIONS: We reserve the right to make the actual designs different than what you see in the picture. Proportions, sizing and fonts might be a bit different however the overall look of a design will always be very similar.

MY PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED AND MISSING ITEMS CAUSED BY SHIPPING COMPANY

I apologize that the USPS mishandled your package and caused this inconvenience. If a USPS package arrives damaged and with missing items, immediately file a claim with USPS. You should retain the original packaging and damaged items, and gather any proof of value (like a receipt). File the claim online or by mail, depending on the circumstances. The package is insured. You can also file a Buyers Protection Claim with Etsy for a refund if that is easier. With Etsy's Purchase Protection program for qualifying orders, you'll receive a full refund for your item if it doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or isn't as described. Our replacement policy only qualifies if the item was missing due to our miscount and the package is NOT DAMAGED.

CAN ORDERS BE COMBINED?

Due to the number of orders that ship out daily, orders will no longer be combined and shipping overages will no longer be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
