How do I access my digital download?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email from Etsy with link to download your new files. If you don’t find it in the inbox, please check the spam/junk mail folder in case it got sent there by mistake. You can also find the download link in your Etsy account under Purchases (www.etsy.com/your/purchases). ⚠️ Please sign into Etsy on a COMPUTER or MOBILE BROWSER. The Etsy app does not support file downloads at this time. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance.

Where and how do I print these files?

• You can print at home on your printer • Print at your local print store (eg. Staples, Costco, Walgreens, etc.) • Upload and print online (e.g. VistaPrint, Shutterfly, Poster Jack etc.) For best results, I recommend printing on good quality cardstock or photo paper with matte/satin finish.

>>When will I get my order? It takes 2-5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: USA: 2-5 business days International: 7-12 business days >>Where will my order ship from? We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! >>Will I be charged customs for my order? An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.
