RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order if it is defective or damaged. We will assist you in getting a replacement as soon as possible or provide a refund for the cost and shipping fee. Please note that the sales tax is non-refundable. Plus we will send you an extra gift to cover for the sale tax.

Personalized items are made to order, so we are not able to accept returns for a change of mind once your name has been printed.
