I can make almost any type of fine jewelry you have in mind. If you're not sure what you want, I can help as we specialize in custom jewelry. Please contact us for further details. Please note the custom order is specifically made for you,which is not refundable unless it is a defect with the item when you get the item,in that case we will make a new one

Are all your listed items in real solid gold?

All gold is SOLID and as advertised. In addition to 14k gold, we also offer solid 10k and 18k

Do you offer international shipping?

YES, we just ship for FREE to US /Canda/Europe/Australia. International shipping may generate customs fee, duties, VAT or taxes separately calculated and collected at the time of delivery which must be paid and handled by the buyer. Because we have no way of knowing how much these charges may be,and we are not responsible for these charges and . Please note that delivery times are estimates only and we have no control over actual delivery times.

Can I cancel my order after placing the order?

You can cancel your order in the first 24 hours after your order is placed, after that 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my small business.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes , we offer engraving for FREE , please let us know please contact us you want to have your ring engraved before you place the order.We offered the engraving service when the order is placed. Once item have been shipped out,we no longer offer this service.

What is your policy for damaged items?

I guarantee my jewelry to be free of manufacturing defects when we ship them out. Manufacturing defects can include clasp breakage, missing pavé stones, dents, loose diamonds, or loose prongs. But This does not include general wear and tear, scratching, stretched and bent rings lost jewelry or jewelry damaged due to improper cleaning, using, or storage.

When worn regularly, your gold jewelry is exposed to skin oils, perspiration, dust, makeup, and more. To keep its shine, you should clean your jewelry regularly with a solution of 10-parts warm water and 2-parts dish soap. Soaking is the key: per Real Simple, you should soak your gold jewelry pieces for 3 hours and then scrub them gently with a very soft brush. Rinse under clean water and blot dry with a cloth. Bonus tip: for an extra shine, use a jewelry polishing cloth after this! Do not use a paper towel or tissue as these can scratch your jewelry. Clean with soap as needed: by all means, clean your jewelry at home; but, don’t overdo it! Only clean your jewelry as needed when it’s visibly dirty or gathering a patina. Do not use Bleach!

Does your free shipping come with signature required service?

Orders with free shipping go out with USPS First Class Mail tracking. We require a signature for orders more than $400. If you need a signature required service, you can select that service in the shipping options on your cart. We use DHL Express or UPS for our International Standard Shipping no signature required

Return & Exchange policy

We guarantee the high quality of our items to make sure you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Your satisfaction is our top priority.We will be happy to exchange the item for you to better meet your needs and tastes,but the item is unused (original) condition. The ring is very nice and beautifully made, my only complaint is that a logo was engraved on the inside of the ring. Nice jewelry like that doesn’t usually have a logo so I was not expecting that and I thought the picture was just a sample of engraving. It’s on the inside of the ring so not a big deal and overall I’m happy with my purchase.
