WHAT IF MY PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?

Unfortunately, there is an epidemic of stolen packages (porch pirates) reported across the country. Please use a ship-to address that is secure, where your package cannot be stolen. If your order tracking shows delivered and you did not receive your item, please tell me & file a claim with the postal carrier. If there is any chance your package might be stolen from your regular mailing address, I recommend you get a PO box at your local post office or other independent mailbox store, or use an alternate ship-to address that is secure. As a seller, I take responsibility for the package until tracking shows "delivered" or "notice left." If your parcel is delivered and then stolen, I do not offer any compensation.

WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?

Please check the tracking. If it is within 3 weeks of the order date, please be patient and wait a little longer. If after 3 weeks the tracking is not showing updates, it is possible the parcel may have been lost in transit. In this case, let me know as soon as possible if you haven't received your order within 3 weeks of the order date so I can initiate an investigation. Parcels shipped from China and lost in transit are eligible for a refund if the item hasn't been received within 60 days after the ship date. If a parcel is marked "Delivered," see the FAQ above about Lost or Stolen Packages. The sooner I am informed of the missing parcel, the better chance there is of tracking it down.

WHY DO YOU NEED MY PHONE NUMBER?

Items that are shipped internationally require a phone number to get through customs, so customs can collect duty/customs fees/taxes. If you do not provide a phone number, customs may attempt to "return to sender" instead of delivering your order and sometimes parcels are destroyed.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS RETURNED TO SENDER?

Please keep an eye on tracking so you know when the order has been delivered. UNCLAIMED PARCELS If a parcel is not claimed, the carriers mark it "Return to Sender." If this happens, a redelivery fee will be required to attempt redelivery. Redeliveries may add weeks onto the original delivery date. If redelivery fees are not paid, and the return is to China, then the parcel is destroyed and refund not available. If the return is to California, shipping costs and 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. For these reasons, please pick up your parcel as soon as possible to ensure a smooth and positive experience. ☺

WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE BY CHRISTMAS?

The cutoff for ordering items from China in time for Christmas delivery is Nov. 27th.

International shipping times may vary. Sometimes there are delays. If you are concerned about shipping times, please upgrade to Express Shipping at checkout for China products.
