Resin can warp ever so slightly under extreme heat. If this happens take the piece away from the source and it will go back to its normal shape. To clean, use warm soapy water. No dishwashers or harsh cleaning chemicals! Resin isn't scratch resistant so to keep your piece looking great keep it away from sharp objects.

Please be absolutely sure that your piece is the correct size for you. Sizing of the item is down to the buyer and I'm unable to accept a return of a custom item, even if it's the wrong size.

With all custom orders I require a deposit of either 25% or 50%, depending on the value of the item being prepared. This is to be completed via PayPal and is non refundable.

Custom and personalised orders

Unless a particular shade of colour is specified before I start an order I am not responsible for any colour discrepancies that the buyer may have. I use primary shades of colour unless asked to do so otherwise. I'm unable to accept returns of items for this reason. Please do NOT assume I know exactly what you're after. I'll produce work based on what you've requested and won't add in anything you haven't mentioned. I can't accept returns/refunds for this reason. Please message me before placing an order if you wish to add anything extra, that I don't specify, to a listing. Orders may be cancelled if I'm unable to accommodate your request.

Be aware that I handmake most items from scratch so depending on how busy I am, or whether there are any hiccups, it may take me the full specified processing time as seen on the order page. I cannot make any order a priority over the others however I do offer 24/48hr delivery for UK residents. Please message me about this before placing the order. I post each item off via the Royal Mail. If you wish for me to use a different courier, please message about this either before or soon after placing your order. I require the full postage cost to be paid via PayPal. Please note I can only use the Royal Mail for EU deliveries.

If you wish to return an item, I offer a 14 day window for you to message me. This is calculated from the day the item is delivered. Please note that I DO NOT pay for return costs and will only offer a refund/replacement if the item is sent back in perfect, unused condition, in its packaging.

Please note: make sure you chose NO MORE than 20 numbers for your die. If there are more than 20, and you haven't clarified with me personally, I will omit the extra. This may leave some blank faces, depending on the wording of your request, so please double check the amount of numbers you give me. I work with what you give me and will not follow up as I trust what you've chosen.
Due to the handmade nature of this product, the item you receive may differ slightly from the picture. Please also bear in mind that these are fully hand engraved and may thus have some imperfections. I always try to create flawless pieces, but with them being hand crafted, this isn't always possible.
If you do NOT pick a colour for your numbers, I will choose either black or white.
Although I do my best to avoid slight imperfections, such as small bubbles/holes, the nature of epoxy resin means this is unavoidable.
