How do I access my digital files?

➜ Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. ➜ Go to Purchases and reviews. ➜ Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Notes: ➜ You must use a mobile or desktop browser. File downloads aren't available in the Etsy app. ➜ Your files will be available once Etsy confirms your payment. This is usually an instant process; however, it may take longer if you paid with PayPal. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

Can I cancel an order or get a refund?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, Etsy doesn't allow for cancellations or refunds. However, please contact me if you have any issues with your purchase. I want all my customers to be happy with their orders.

Where can I print my digital download?

For the best quality print and the most size options, I recommend professional printing. What type of paper should I print on?

You can have your art file printed onto paper or canvas. Choose a heavyweight paper (200 gsm or higher) with a matte finish. For the highest quality reproduction, choose giclée printing on archival paper.

Almost all of my prints are available in 4 aspect ratios, which you can print in a range of sizes: ➜ 4:5 aspect ratio prints these sizes: 4x5" | 8x10" | 12x15" | 16x20". Your file will be labeled 16x20 ➜ 3:4 aspect ratio prints these sizes: 6x8" | 9x12" | 12x16" | 15x20" | 18x24". Your file will be labeled 18x24 ➜ 2:3 aspect ratio prints these sizes: 4x6" | 8x12" | 12x18" | 16x24" | 20x30" | 24x36". Your file will be labeled 24x36 ➜ ISO sizes A5 | A4 | A3 | A2 | A1. Your file will be labeled A1 and it's 594 x 841 mm Square artwork files are 36x36". They can be printed at any 1:1 ratio up to 36x36" The specific size options for each artwork are shown in the listing image and in the product description.

What if I need a different size?

I'm happy to provide one free resize for a single artwork (no collections/galleries). Just send me a message on Etsy after purchasing with the dimensions you want. Please keep in mind that some sizes might require cropping the image, and not all artwork will look good at every size. Feel free to message me before purchasing to find out if the artwork you want will work at the custom size you need.

Do you use AI in your prints?

No, I don't use AI image generators in any of my work. I use traditional design methods and licensed elements to create original pieces or update vintage artwork.
