Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We are a small business and simply cannot accept any returns / refunds. Please keep in mind that each item is made to order and produced specifically for you. Carefully read the item description/sizing. Should you encounter any issues with your order, we encourage you to reach out to us here on Etsy, providing all the necessary information along with photographic evidence for our review. We are committed to taking all necessary actions to rectify the situation promptly. Should you encounter any issues, we offer a free replacement order in case of any order-related problems, including manufacturing errors or printing discrepancies. Please note that we do not facilitate returns or exchanges for issues related to color or size preferences.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 4 hours from your purchase. If the order has already been produced or shipped, WorkandWorshipCo is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for entering and confirming the correct information before completing your order.

If you ordered more than one item, depending on design and shirt, it may be shipped separately and you will receive more than one package. Please allow 1-3 business days from the time an item shipped for movement to show on your tracking number.

Please allow 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for us to receive, process and produce your order. Any order received after 12:00 PM PT will being processing the following business day. (Please note: If the order is placed after 12:00 PM PT on Friday, it will begin processing on the following Monday.) During peak season times (Oct-Dec) please allow up to 10 days for production. This does not include shipping times.
