Description

Looking to update or customize your Settlers game? Why not start with a brand new robber token! This token also makes a wonderful gift for the Catan enthusiast in your life.

This hand-sculpted piece is modeled to resemble the token that comes with the game, but using a clay that emulates stone. it is unpainted, but finished with a glossy glaze. This wonderful piece gives the feel of a marble piece, but with the benefit of being light weight.

It is approximately 1.25" inches tall, and about a half-inch at it's widest point.

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact us and we will be more than happy to try to correct the problem.

If you wish to return an item, a request must be issued within 7 business days of the item being received. The buyer will be responsible for any return postage, though we will refund the initial shipping cost paid at the time of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. If the item has been damaged, and is returned without communication of that damage to the seller, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please note that returns are not accepted on custom made items.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. If an item is damaged but no contact or return request is made outside of our return window, we will not accept the return nor issue a refund.

Shipping policies

In general, we ship using USPS First Class unless otherwise requested by the buyer. We try to include a tracking number when possible. Any additional services such as delivery confirmation, signature requirement, or additional insurance outside that covered by the USPS must be requested and paid for by the buyer.

We do our best to ship within our listed "Ship by" date, and if an unforseen delay occurs, we do our best to communicate it to the buyer. That being said, please take shipping times into consideration when placing an order.

If you need an item by a certain date, we will do our best to accommodate you, but can't make any guarantees if they are outside our projected time frame (for example, as listed in the custom items description).

Aroc Gaming is not responsible for items lost in transit after shipping. Due to the handmade nature of our work, we are unable to offer replacements on items lost in transit, and it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the United States Postal Service regarding the location of the package.

If a customer receives a custom order and it is damaged, please contact Aroc Gaming within 7 days business days of the item being marked as delivered by the postal service so that we can work on promptly resolving the issue. We cannot consider refund or replacement on damaged items outside of that time frame.

CUSTOM BAGS:
Custom bag orders may be placed via the specialized listings on our store page, or via private message conversation. Generally, it is best to contact us to see if a design is possible prior to purchasing the listing. An initial payment for half the total cost of the product must be received before we can begin to craft the item. Upon its completion we will contact the buyer with pictures of the items, and once the buyer approves the final product, we will create a listing for the remainder of the cost of the item plus shipping.

EMBROIDERY: If you are interested in embroidery on a dice bag, I offer it at a base rate of an additional $15 per bag, with a larger or more complex design costing more. Please contact me for quote if you are interested.

We will not purchase any fabrics or other materials to create a custom item without the approval of the buyer. We strive to communicate questions and updates frequently with the buyer, so checking your messages often could help expedite the creation of your item.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once materials have been approved and acquired we can not issue returns on the down-payment of a custom item. Furthermore, once the second listing (for the remainder of the payment) has been created, the buyer has 30 days to complete the purchase. If the buyer does not complete the transaction in that time, the custom item is considered abandoned and forfeited, and is eligible to be placed up for sale using our standard store pricing.

CUSTOM DICE:
For custom dice orders, we require full payment upfront.

We have a big announcement regarding the way we will be taking custom orders!

We take custom orders for painted dice using a slot-based system. Instead of listing custom orders by type (e.g.- polyhedral set, large d20, etc), we will instead list custom slots that cover a particular time frame in which we will complete the order. We regularly roll out new slots month by month. Essentially, this means that we stagger the start dates of our custom painted dice orders.

When you purchase a custom order slot for a particular date, we will not begin production on your order until that date, and production will take approximately three weeks, so please plan accordingly when ordering. Custom order slots will be first come, first serve.

All of our dice are hand painted, and the final painting will be shown to the customer for approval prior to the sealing process, to ensure the customer is receiving exactly what they requested. Generally, we will make minor changes at this time, but if the customer wishes to see several options prior to choosing a final design, we will require an additional prototyping fee. If a customer wishes to see several options along the custom item creation process, then they must state that up front so that the proper fees can be established and paid.
