Returns and exchange details
I want you to be happy with your purchase as well as my customer service. I will do my best to achieve that result. However, if you find that an item does not work out for you for whatever reason, you may return it. Please communicate your intention to return the piece within 3 days of your receiving it. I must have the piece back within 21 days of your receiving the item. Return items must be mailed at your expense and with insurance.

Shipping policies

I ship domestic packages via United States Postal Service First Class and will mail within 2 business days of receiving your payment for ready made items and normally within 7-10 days for single custom orders. For bulk orders usually 2-3 weeks delivery, depending on orders I have pending, supplies readily available, the difficulty of your pieces and quantity of the pieces in your order.

During busy holiday seasons, see my Shop Announcements for special delivery and up to the minute turn around time on custom orders. If you would like insurance or delivery confirmation, just let me know before you pay and I'll adjust your balance. I cannot be responsible for any lost shipments, although I have never had any problems with USPS in the past. I will refund shipping overages of $3.00 or more.

These pieces are handmade by me and are unique one of a kind pieces. No two pieces are exactly alike. There may be tool marks on these pieces and that is not to be considered a flaw but more like "Personality". I take pride in my work and I would not send anything out that I would not be willing to wear myself. Hundreds of happy customers prove that. :)
