It took them an entire month to start my order and nobody even said anything to me until I had to ask about it. Communication was poor to the point I didnt even think I was gonna get what I described them to make. They tried confirming material colour's I didnt even ask for and when I asked for finger escapes they sent me pictures of claws instead. When the paws arrived, I realized that the sewing on the fingers is messy and noticeable, the pawpads are poorly trimmed, and the finger escapes are so wide that you can actively see my fingers through them. Overall really disappointed in the quality of these and disappointed in the way that this entire transaction was handled. If I had known, I would have commissioned someone else.
