Custom and personalised orders

Weddings: I do make custom order Wedding Bouquets and can add a matching buttonhole for the groom. 3 weeks notice to make. Custom bouquets: I do make single bouquets to order for special birthdays and anniversaries but require about 2 weeks notice to make.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you would like me to send flowers direct to the recipient I can add a personalised gift card from you in the box and this can be selected at checkout. All bouquets are tissue and cellophane wrapped as standard ready to gift even if you are just treating yourself.

Paper bouquets are very robust and will last for years. To clean just blast them on cool heat with your hairdryer! I would suggest that they are not left in direct sunlight for long periods of time as the paper may fade over time. They must not be displayed by lit candles or any other fire source, nor should they be displayed for long periods in damp conditions. Please keep away from water.

Items Returned To Me As 'None Delivered' By Postal Companies

I post out all flower bouquets as 'tracked & signed for' delivery. I will give you a tracking number after posting - I have therefore fulfilled my part of the order. Therefore, if a postal service has attempted delivery and failed and the item is then returned to me after the allotted time the following options are available: 1) I will re-post the item, but the additional postage cost will be covered by you, the customer. 2) Im sorry but I cannot refund custom made or personalised items but Im happy to re-post (see 1 above)

I've not received my order

Firstly please check you have given me your correct shipping address and that if you are a member of Etsy your shipping address is kept up to date if you move house. If an incorrect shipping address is entered and item is then missing in the post I cannot accept liability and can only replace if you re-order with the correct address.Larger items are sent as signed for delivery and I will issue with a tracking number from Royal Mail - it is your responsibility to check on tracking to ensure you are in to sign for your order or alternatively go online to the link I provide to arrange re-delivery at a more convenient time for you. Please see above for 'returned items'.

Handmade 1st Wedding Anniversary Card especially for Paper Anniversary for Wife, Husband or Anniversary Couple. Features 2 hand folded flying origami paper cranes which I've created with 23 individual origami folds per paper crane.
Why Japanese Origami Paper Cranes? Japanese cranes are fabled to bring Good Luck and Long Life and so are the perfect choice for a 1st anniversary wish. The cranes are folded from Paper, which is the material for the 1st Anniversary, so this is a perfect keepsake for this special occasion and many recipeints go on to frame their cards too. I'm very conscious of using eco friendly materials for all of my cards.

5.5 inch square white 300gsm card supplied with matching envelope, blank inside to add your own message.

I also have different cards in the same design but with different colours and prints for the cranes in my shop.

Thank you for looking at my work.
