Gift wrapping and packaging

We prepare every order with care, like gift wrapping. Also, if you want to write a note, just let us know. In addition, we use styrofoam and thick cardboard to prevent damage to the product during transportation.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping.This means that you don't pay anything for shipping no matter where you are.

Are there any customs/import fees?

In most cases, Ups does not require customers to pay any import fees. However, if you do get asked to pay for import or customs fees, you can contact us and we will cover the costs.

How do I track my order?

After we produce and ship your metal silhouette, you will receive a shipping confirmation email where you will find your Ups tracking number, which you can use to track your order. You can also simply press the "Track Shipment" button inside of the email, and it will take you directly to Ups site, where you will be able to track your order.

How can I hang my metal silhouette?

Each metal silhouette comes with a hanger attached to the back for easy hanging on a nail or hook.

How are the metal silhouettes made?

We laser cut our silhouettes from 1,5 mm thick steel, hand polish them to ensure the product's durability, and powder coat them with matte black paint, which lasts up to 20 years. Lastly, the hanger is attached to the back of the silhouette, so it can be hung with just a single nail. In addition, we also put two 1 cm long screws on each side to give the silhouette a 3D look.

Can I hang my metal silhouette outside?

Yes! All of our silhouettes are fully covered with waterproof powder coating, which ensures that your silhouette does not start rusting even if it rains. Please beware that backlit metal silhouettes can't be hung outside because water and moisture will damage the LEDs.

Can I return my product for a refund?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you are eligible to return your order within 30 days after it has been delivered at no additional cost.

item was wonderfully crafted to size. it came with hardware and a hanging bracket which i was a little confused about without instructions. the frame has holes for the hardware, and the bracket was very small i was concerned about it being the only support anchor for the weight of the item. so i opted to hang the item on nails in the wall.

hi im a real customer stg, i got my wrx sti on time for my bf as a Valentine’s Day gift. He loved it. I got the smallest size and they did a buy one get one free so he got two to decorate his room with. We love it I love it the shipping too about a week to come. So i would plan ahead, it wasn’t immediately shipped but it was shipped after 3 days. It came to Texas within a week. I love it the box was a little bit damaged with water but everything else was fine plus it’s metal. So it was all good
