You see it at the edge of the tree line and something is wrong.

It looks like a deer. The shape is right. The size is right. But the way it moves is wrong. The way it turns its head is wrong. The eyes are wrong. It's standing wrong. And when it looks at you, you get the feeling it knows you noticed.

The Not Deer is an Appalachian legend that spread through the internet because it touches something primal - the instinct that tells you when something that looks normal isn't. No claws. No fangs. Just a deer that isn't quite right, standing very still at the edge of the dark.

This original Strangeology design is for the people who trust that instinct. Available on t-shirts, tank tops, long sleeves, sweatshirts, and hoodies.

Makes a perfect gift for horror fans, Appalachian folklore enthusiasts, creepypasta readers, and anyone who has ever driven a back road at night and seen something in the headlights that made them keep driving.
