How quickly do Holly and Lili dispatch items?

We dispatch items on the next working day from when an order is received, and payment is made. Sometimes we will dispatch the same working day, at worst it would be the next working day Mon-Friday.

Yes we do, we have comprehensive £5 million pound liability insurance.

Yes Holly snd Lili Posts out of the Uk, different post options are available for different items, please see delivery options and choose your preferred option. We are not responsible for any tax due or delays and /or delays at customs.

What packaging does Holly and Lili use through the postal system?

We use bubble wrap padded envelopes to protect you purchases as best as possible.

Does Holly and Lili offer a bespoke service, where i can ask to change an item for example a pair of earrings to a pair of necklaces if not already available on the shop?

Holly and Lili will always try and accommodate customers requests, if you like a certain item but wish to change it, please message us and we will do our best to do what you require, please be aware this could affect the price of such items and would need to be agreed by both parties before we comply with your request.

Does Holly and Lili retain proof of postage?

We use Royal Mail business Click and drop which gives you our customers the very best and quickest dispatch and delivery - A tracked service giving us and you piece of mind with your deliveries. Upgrades are available at checkout. We do not take responsibility for delays with either Royal Mail and/or foreign curriers concerning your delivery, our estimates for delivery are only estimates and should not be relied on. If you purchase items from us for abroad( Not United Kingdom) We will not offer a refund until 25 business days have passed from dispatch If Your item is lost or delayed. This is because we can only claim The postage back after this time has passed with Royal Mail. We do not take any responsibility for customs delays whatsoever.

Does Holly and Lili have cleanliness standards?

At Holly and Lili we pride ourselves on hygiene and cleanliness, we use anti bacterial hand gel after every piece of jewellery is made. The production area is cleaned with anti bacterial products every hour or so. Our jewellery making equipment is sterilised daily also.

Does Holly and Lili accept corporate, large orders and party orders ?

Holly and Lili can accommodate any such large order with enough notice, please understand that hand made jewellery takes a long time to make correctly. We would ask that you contact us with minimum 1 weeks notice for large orders. We will offer discount on larger orders which would be agreed prior to manufacture between yourselves and the shop. Please remember if you want something in particular we can give you a bespoke quotation for any items you wish.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We offer a gift wrapping service for £3 per item. Gift wrap is your purchased item in a Luxurious Holly And Lili branded Gift Box.

Holly and Lili try to make sure everything we use is recyclable, please recycle your waste at your local recycling point.
