US customers- the US administration has imposed a 50% tariff on some Canadian goods. This duty IS included in the cost of the frame. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

The photo board is 14 inches wide by 18 inches tall, and the photo spaces are 2 by 3 inches (standard Canadian wallet size).

Our personalized first birthday boards are the perfect way to celebrate your little one's first year of life! Your photo board will feature your child's name in acrylic, and will be accented with cute vintage race cars. They're a super cute personal finishing touch to your child's birthday party decor, and make wonderful keepsakes afterward.

You may choose your preferred font from our font list. If no font is specified, the default (bilingual) will be used.

These frames are designed, and personally handmade by us in our home workshop in Ontario, Canada.

They are made from 1/4 inch baltic birch. Because the board is made of wood, you will see woodgrain and knots, making each one unique. The boards come affixed with a sawtooth hook on the back for hanging it on the wall after your child's birthday party, if you choose to!

The photo board has accent frames/ windows on it. The accent frames have a slot at the top so that you are able to simply slide the photo into place.

*COLOURS*

We have a pre-set colour scheme, as shown in the listing photos. If you wish to customize the colours of your sign, you may choose from the colour swatch in the listing. Please include your colour preferences in the personalization section. If no colours are specified, your frame will be made with the preset colours.

*HOW TO ORDER*

1. Enter your child's name in the personalization section. Please also include any colour changes you would like to make.
2. Finalize your order by completing checkout.

Please send us a message prior to ordering if you have any questions at all. We are here to help!

If you're hoping for something that we currently don't have listed, send us a message to see if it's possible! We are always open to creating something unique.

*Colours can vary from screen to screen, so please be aware that the colours may vary slightly from what is shown on your device or computer*

This was so incredibly deceiving. It was advertised much larger! This is tiny and I don’t even know how I’ll fit any photos on it. I’m heartbroken to say the least especially after spending so much money on it and taking pics all year hoping to display them. It took AGES to ship and arrive, too, so I don’t have any other options.

Fatima, both the size of the board and the size of the photos are clearly stated in the second sentence of the listing description. The board was handmade to this exact specification. Also, your board arrived well within the estimated delivery window (it took a little over a week to arrive). The higher cost, which was outlined during the checkout process, includes a 50% tariff that your country imposed. Lastly, I reached out to you three times to clarify order details that you didn't include, and I didn't receive a response.
