Perforated with a quote from playwright Jean Anouilh, this Airstream-like former breadbox functions as either industrial art or functional light, with the roll-up door closed or open, respectively.

It can be mounted vertically, as shown, or horizontally, or set flat on a table. LED lights can be set to a wide range of colors, transition sequences, and brightness (see YouTube link and Details below). Hang it in your kitchen or over your bed or favorite chair as decoration, then push the door up to read a cookbook or trashy novel.
