Description

Handmade papier-mâché rubber duck piñata. Measures roughly 15 inches long, 14 inches tall and 9 inches wide, so you have plenty of filling space. CANDY NOT INCLUDED.
we offer both hitting and pull string styles.
piñata is made to order so please allow up to 8 business days for production,
We ship with USPS standard 2-9 days, if you need it faster there is an express 1-2 day upgrade option in your cart.

    THIS SELLER IS A JOKE!! I ordered a pinata with strings for my son's birthday party and when I opened the box in from of my husband and mother the strings fell out as if they were not attached to the pinata. I sent a message to the owner asking for her to repair the pinata and she claimed all sales are final and acted as if I was a liar.

    SHE REFUSED TO FIX THE ITEM OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!

    DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!!!

    It is possible that some strings get pulled out during shipping, I advised the buyer to simply put them right back in. Which is quick, easy and will be as good as new! I also advised the best way to get the strings back in. The piñata itself was not damaged, and is still in perfectly usable condition. As it states in the policies sales are final, which I reminded the customer. When an item is damaged in transit and they provide proof of the damage I do refund/replace the item. This did not fall under that category, a few strings that came out which can be put right back in does not qualify for a brand new item.

    Shipped fast and came exactly as pictured. Also liked that it could be pre-filled with colored confetti. Only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the pull strings did not work. All the strings came off when pulled but the piñata did not open and my husband had to tear it open with his hands. It was actually pretty amusing and definitely made our gender reveal that much more memorable!

    I recommend avoiding this seller since they’re not clear or responsive about processing and shipping times. I’ve interacted with many Etsy sellers over the past 5 years who had all clearly communicated the timeline upfront. I specifically asked this seller if they could deliver the piñata within 3 weeks otherwise I didn’t want to place the order. They didn’t respond and the piñata didn’t arrive in time for the party. It’s a real waste to pay $18 in shipping for something the seller could have shared may not arrive in time. The seller won’t take returns and was very unpleasant when I asked about returns. You can see their unprofessional tone in other review responses.

    I have processing and shipping times listed in MULTIPLE places in the item details,it gives estimated shipping day when purchasing, in my shop announcements it tells you to expect delays during the summer because of the high quantity of orders.So I’m not sure what is unclear? I was not asked before hand if she could receive it in time, I mailed it out with a estimated delivery date of 2 days prior to the party. When it leaves my hands it is completely out of my control. Faster shipping options are ALWAYS offered. All of my items are custom made, so I do not accept returns as it states in my policies, this fact is not hidden. Please be aware of what you are buying prior to ordering. I think everyone can agree when someone sends you a message attacking you you tend to respond in kind.show respect to get respect

    AMAZING! Downside? WAY too GORGEOUS to hit!!!! Even my LITTLE kids were like, "Can you buy a different one we can use and save this?" So IMPRESSED!!!

Returns and exchange details
Since my items are custom made to your specifications once ordered All sales are final once shipped. Each item has a estimated production time line, and a shipping time line. Please give yourself enough time to receive your item before your event! We are not responsible for items not showing up on time. Holidays and weekends are not included into the timeline.
If you notify us BEFORE shipping, there will be a standard $5 cancellation fee (per item) , all other funds will be returned.
For items damaged/lost in the mailing process please refer to the shipping policy section.

Please make sure the address you provide is valid and up to date! I am not responsible for items that are unable to be delivered to the address that you the buyer provides.
I offer free local pickup. Use coupon code:freepickup at checkout. I will send you a message when your item is complete to discuss a pickup time that works for both parties. It is up to you to meet me for your pickup.

We ship with USPS, 2-9 day standard mail for USA (It can occasionally take up to 14 days)excludes Hawaii and Alaska these places will take longer. Shipping to Canada takes 10-12 days. Other international shipping options are available, send me a message with your location and i will let you know what shipping will cost for you. And a faster 1-2 day express shipping. Simply pick which one you would like at checkout.
If you are worried about the timing on getting your pinata please send us a message before purchasing. Sometimes we can get items out faster then the projected time line. We will help advise you on your best chances to get your item on time!

The post office can sometimes damage things in transit. If this happens you MUST send me pictures with the damage as soon as it is received within 24 hrs! Of both the damaged item and the damaged box. Sending me a message about a damaged product days after its marked as delivered will not get refunded/replaced.

Please be aware if you are ordering a pull string version, on occasion some of the strings have been pulled out during transit. This can be easily fixed, simply put them back into the hole on the bottom, it is easiest if you combine all strings that came out together, using a flat pointy object such as a knife or tip of scissors to gently push them back up into the hole. This WILL NOT count as damaged, and there WILL NOT be a refund or replacement for when this happens. Strings falling out do not compromise the piñata and it will still be in perfectly workable condition if that is the only thing wrong with it. Please be willing to take the few minutes to reinstall them yourself if you are ordering this style piñata.

Also, Items that are declared missing but have been marked DELIVERED by the post office cannot be replaced/refunded. The post office wont send me a refund so in turn I cannot send you one. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
For boxes that truly do get lost in transit, you must wait past the 14 business day time line before I can contact the post office to try and find out where the box has gone. At which time I can then discuss with you the options for refunding or replacing the item that has been lost.

Additional policies

If you are asking for a custom made order please be prepared to buy in advance. If what you are requesting is agreed to, I will then send you a custom order form. Once purchased, I will then start to make your order. Custom orders can take longer to make, please allow at least 2 weeks for production.
