Response from Sherri Olson

I’m so sorry to hear that. I do clearly state in the listing this item is a Photoshop Template and you need to know how to use Photoshop. Giving me a one star reveiw is very unfair.

Photoshop Layered PSD Baseball Banner Template

Add your own photos and create your own custom team banner. Includes all font layers and images shown in example.

***PHOTO TIPS***
1. Avoid shooting photos against a brick or fenced background, or in tall grass that covers the shoes.
2. Choose a background that’s not cluttered and that can make your subject pop. On the baseball field works great as long as the player does not have a fence in the background!
4. Use natural light.
5. Avoid zooming in.
6. Using an iPhone works great as long as you hold camera still and use the above suggestions. :)
