Custom and personalized orders

I would love to work with you to create a custom or personalized quilt or quilted item. I make these quilts on a prepaid basis and include you in the design process. A deposit will be required and a custom listing will be created for you. Custom creations are non refundable due to the customization but please contact me with any concerns.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do offer free gift wrapping and will include a personal note chosen by you with your gift upon your request. Please convo me with the requested message with your order.

Small quilted items can be hand washed in cool water with mild soap and laid out to air dry or dry in the dryer on delicate. Larger quilts may be washed in the machine on delicate in cool water with mild soap and dried on delicate in the dryer. Touch up with a warm iron if required.

Does OhSherryQuilts give a refund on shipping costs if it is more than the actual shipping?

Etsy has difficulty calculating shipping costs when more than one item is purchased. Be rest assured that OhSherryQuilts always refunds any excess shipping costs over $2.00.

What if I don't receive my order?

Please make sure that the address you provide is correct. Any additional charges incurred due to an incorrect address are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid before the order will be reshipped. Shipping times vary. Since I do not have control over the postal service. I cannot guarantee shipping times. A package must be declared "lost" by the post office before a refund will be issued. If you don't have your package after it has been marked "Delivered", it may have been stolen. You will need to work with the Postal Service and local police to resolve this matter; I am not responsible for stolen packages. For International orders that were insured, there is a 30 to 60 day wait before a claim may be filed.

What if I want to return an item?

To initiate a return, you must contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item (7 days for international orders). If approved, the buyer must ship the item back to me within 7 days of delivery, and is responsible for insured return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items returned in accordance with these policies will be refunded the original purchase price, less shipping fees.

The front of this handmade, vintage style patchwork quilt features a rainbow of scrappy four patch economy blocks created from my fabric scraps. The backing is a pretty robins egg blue print making this handmade quilt fully reversible. Truly striking, bright and colorful. A unique one of a kind riot of colour in this modern farmhouse style quilt that will brighten the dreariness of any winter.

This vintage style quilt has been quilted by me on my long arm machine in a playful spiral pattern in a mocha coloured thread. The batting is from Hobbs heirloom 80/20 cotton making this throw quilt warm but light weight with lovely drape. The double fold Aqua binding has been machine stitched to the front of this homemade quilt and hand stitched to the back in a traditional manner.

Homemade quilts make a striking focal piece in the bedroom on the end of the bed or for snuggling on the sofa.

This quilt has not been prewashed so when washed for the first time it will shrink slightly giving it that soft puckered vintage look that is so sought after in quilts. This is a quilt that will be cherished for years to come, just like Grandma used to make.

Machine wash and dry on gentle cycle. Press with a warm iron if needed.
