How will my painting be packaged and sent? Gift Wrapping?

Your painting will be packaged in a clear cellophane display bag backed with card and wrapped in tissue paper. They are then placed inside a hard board backed manilla envelope. This will keep it protected and stop bending. It will be sent with postage tracking to ensure it gets to you. I post worldwide 🌎 ! You will be notified once its been dispatched and updated with the tracking details.

What sizes do you offer? At the moment I offer A6, A5 and A4 and A3 size paintings and drawings. . A6 (4.1 x 5.8 in) . A5 (5.8 x 8.3 in) . A4 (8.3 x 11.7 in) . A3 (11.7 x 16.5 in) If you require custom dimensions let me know in advance so I can make this happen for you.

When you recieve your painting make sure you keep it safe and protected in the cellophane envelope untill you get it framed. To get the painting looking its best purchasing the right size frame and mount is key to a professional finish. Try not to hang the painting in direct sunlight as this could cause potential fading to pigment and colour to occur over time. Although my paints are of highest quality fading can still occur I would suggest to frame your paintings with UV glass to insure they stay at their best for years to come.

What materials do I use?

I use top quality Daler Rowney Watercolour Paints on no less than 300gsm watercolour paper which offers high pigment and quality when I paint a portrait. For ink drawings I use Winsor Newton Black Ink or Derwent Waterproof Fine Liners. I will likely finish details with, regular pencils, black fineliners, graphite pencil and white acrylic for finishing touches.

Are the paintings framed?

No unfortunately the paintings are not framed they are unmounted and come to you in their raw paper and paint form.

Do you offer refunds?

If I cannot complete your painting for some reason or your product arrives damaged or defective, you will receive a full refund. If your painting goes missing despite tracked shipping I can offer a 50% refund to cover costs. Otherwise no refunds. Cancelations are available for 5 hours after purchase. And paintings are always tracked to insure they never get lost.

Can I have a coloured background or any added details like flowers for example?

Yes of course my paintings are custom so if you would like a certain detail added please feel free to let me know and I'll do my best to make your wishes a reality. X

I need the artwork for a particular date can you do it in time?

If you have a particular deadline be sure to contact me before you purchase so I can make sure I can reach this deadline. Normally portraits can take up to a week excluding shipping time and depending on demand but I'm sure we can work something out just drop me a message. X

What photographs should I send you of my pets?

The one you love! Any pet photo is fine but if you would like some tips to get the best possible painting just follow these tips; - A good quality clear photo taken in natural lighting (outside is good), preferably no flash as this can loose true colours and definition of your pet. - Perspective is key and a photograph taken at the pets eye level always turns out better than from above as proportions can become distorted. - If your not sure what picture you would like painted you can send multiple images. This will help me to get a true likeness of your pet whilst giving me the best options to get the best outcome possible. This is also good if you order a multiple pet portrait.

Can you paint white dogs?

Yes I can! White dogs may seem like they have no colour but they are made up of many different shades and hues. If your worried I have plenty of white dog examples I can show you. To ensure I can get the best likeness multiple reference photographs can help achieve this.

Perfect for your dollhouse 1:12 scale, room boxes, dioramas or other miniature projects such as scrapbooking, journaling and other crafts. Each tile is sized down to 1:12th scale of a regular 6 x 6 inch tile. Each tile once printed on paper measures as roughly 1.2 cm. You get around 15 tiles per width of paper (portrait).

I have included a large variety of designs so your bound to find something that will suit your dollhouses decor and be period accurate if thats what your looking for. You can cut to size and stick onto your desired area as is, or cut individual tiles and arrange your own unique complementary tile patterns with different ones for unique detailing. For extra realism, Glue tile squares onto cardboard for a 3d appearance to your tiles and cover in clear cellotape for a shiny gloss effect before installing.

Please note that the colours may be slightly different on your screen depending on its calibration and print quality depends on the printer and paper you use so results may vary.
