What is the shipping time for my order?

Shipping time includes processing time and actual time to deliver your order. Processing time is making your order ready to ship. That includes putting the order together and packaging. In most cases, processing time is 3-6 business days (longer around the holidays). After your order is delivered to a USPS office, you will get a notification with a tracking #. Packages ship Ground Advantage. Delivery usually takes between 3-6 business days and depends on USPS. Delays may occur due to holidays or other unforeseen circumstances such as weather. PLEASE NOTE CUSTOMERS HAVE UP TO 10 DAYS PAST DATE OF DELIVERY ON THE TRACKING NOTIFICATION TO REPORT A PACKAGE MISSING OR NON-DELIVERY. Orders can’t be replaced or refunded past that time frame!

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, for all orders over $35 in the US FREE SHIPPING. I also offer $5.50 Flat Rate US shipping for orders under $35.

I changed my mind - Can i cancel my order?

Yes. I offer cancellations within 4 hours of purchase.

I didn’t receive my order!

Your order should arrive to you within the timeframe specified when placing your order, however these timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Some unavoidable short delays do occur in the postal system. Once your order is shipped, and is in the care of USPS - the carrier service - i am unfortunately not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders, as well as any postal delays. PLEASE NOTE CUSTOMERS HAVE UP TO 10 DAYS PAST DATE OF DELIVERY ON THE TRACKING NOTIFICATION TO REPORT A PACKAGE MISSING OR NON-DELIVERY. Orders can’t be replaced or refunded past that time frame! Do you offer personalized or custom orders?

Yes! Custom orders and personalization is welcome. If you don’t see something you are looking for, or would like a card in my shop created using different colors or to your specifications - please send me a message and i will be happy to share with you custom options and make a custom card design based on your request depending on available supplies at the time.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately due to the handmade and unique nature of the cards and items I create, i am unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. The pictures in each listing are as accurate a depiction as possible of the final outcome. Due to the handmade nature of the finished product, no 2 cards will be exactly alike - some minor variations are to be expected. A fabulous birthday card for the beach lover in your life!

Featuring a beautiful beach scene at Dusk, with a beautiful sunset, sailboat, seagulls, lush palm trees in shadow/silhouette, sand dunes bathed in warm Dusk glow, emerald ocean water complete with white foamy waves. A dark blue beach chair sits awaiting you.

The background is a white panel of thick cardstock, blended by hand in different colors to produce the sunset, sand dunes, ocean water, all in dye inks.

Sentiment is hand-stamped and embossed in gold - it reads “relax and enjoy your Birthday”. It is elegantly cut out from white thick cardstock.
Alternate sentiment - “Birthday Wishes” available upon request.
