Material: polymer clay

Height: 2-4 inches for pets, 5-9 inches for figures. Special sizes can be customised upon request.

Production time: 3-5 days (excluding modification confirmation time), if urgent, please contact us to arrange.

You can contact us through the Etsy message box. Photos should be clear and well lit, you can also provide more than one for our reference, please include your phone number and name for shipping.

2.After receiving your message, we will reply and confirm with you in time, if the reply is delayed, please understand that I may be too busy to check the message in time, but we will reply you within 12 hours at the shortest.

3. After placing an order, you need to reply us within 12 hours so that we can confirm whether the information you provided is incorrect or not, if you do not reply us after 12 hours, we will assume that the information you provided is correct and start production.

4. About order modification: we will send you the photo of the first draft of the sculpture before the final confirmation of the work, please confirm within 24 hours whether the sculpture needs to be changed or not, please consider this step carefully, and there will be no more changes after the confirmation.
