Custom and personalised orders

Personalization is FREE on almost all products! I will send you a draft of what your product will look like AFTER you purchase the item & upon request. Keep in mind that providing a draft for your approval and/or making more than one edit could delay the processing time. Mugs are printed on both sides. You can have a different phrase or photo for each side. If you want something different than what’s on the listing, I can change the text on almost all items. There is no character limit for most items, but the more text you add, the tinier the design will be. I also can add a graphic to the text.

When will I receive my order?

Processing times for each item are subject to change depending on the volume and time of the year. Processing is the time it takes for me to create your order and send it in to be placed in the printing & packing queue. Items will ship AFTER the processing is complete. Priority shipping does NOT speed up the processing. Actual Delivery of your item could take several days once it’s shipped. Depending on the item, my products are printed and shipped from Arizona, California, Pennsylvania or Missouri. If you paid for priority shipping and your order does not ship out within the process times on your invoice, I will refund the priority shipping. All processing times are calculated using business days.

Do you accept cancellations and give refunds?

I accept cancellations and will give you a refund if you send a request to cancel within 2 HOURS after purchasing. Due to the personalized nature of my products, and lack of space, I do not accept returns. I’m happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged, the printing is defective, or if you receive the wrong item. I do require photos of damaged or defective products before I can send a replacement. I am not responsible for replacing an item if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order. Some items are automatically sent in for printing, so I do not refund orders that cannot be personalized and you requested personalization upon ordering.

Can you enclose gift notes with my order?

I'm sorry but I cannot enclose gift notes with orders. Also, whether or not an order is marked as a gift, we never include the price on the packing slip
