Q: Why does clicking the Frame mockup download link show an error? A: Please note that if you use IE browser, the link may not work properly. It is recommended to use Google Chrome or other browsers to open the link normally. If you can only use IE browser, please contact me and I will send you a download link specifically for IE browser.

Q: Can mockups be used in non-Photoshop software like Canva? A: Currently, our mockups cannot be used in software other than Photoshop. By using Photoshop's Smart Object feature, you can achieve the perfect effect as shown in the product presentation. In other software, since Smart Objects cannot be used, your images won't fit the mockup as perfectly as displayed.

Q: I haven't used the Smart Object feature in Photoshop before. Can I still use this mockup? A: Of course, no problem! You can follow our detailed user guide by download, simply open your artwork in Photoshop, and the process is very straightforward with no manual adjustments needed. You can create a mockup of your artwork in no time!

Q: Can I move objects in the image, such as the frame or vase? A: Unfortunately, since the mockup is fixed, you cannot move any objects within the image. If you need a customized mockup, please contact us.
