How quickly do you ship?

I ship every day, Monday through Saturday. On the rare occasion that shipping will be delayed longer than two business days, I adjust my stated shipping time to reflect that and notify you. Please be sure your correct shipping address is in your Etsy account before ordering. We will ship to the address provided by Etsy; buyers are responsible for any shipping costs caused by incorrect shipping address.

Can you customize existing charms or make special orders?

I often can! Let me know what you’re looking for, and we’ll figure it out. The exception to that is my Countdown Calendar box-- it was custom-manufactured for me in bulk and I cannot make them with a different configuration.

If I order “charm alone” or “with extender,” will it come on a clasp?

Yes. All my charms come on a coordinating lobster clasp, unless you choose "on a large ring clip," “on a clip,” or “on a bookmark.” The charm is attached directly to the paper clip or bookmark, with no lobster clasp.

I live outside the US. Will I have taxes or Customs charges?

Taxes and fees are set by the buyer’s home country and are out of our control. Etsy does collect taxes for some countries, and may be expanding the list for which they’re collected. Taxes are typically added to the price displayed in the shop. When taxes are charged, I try to always indicate that on the packaging so you’re not charged again, then stuck applying for reimbursement. Even if you are not charged at checkout, you may end up paying taxes and fees before delivery. Again, that is outside our control.

Can I pay in installments (like Afterpay or Sezzle)?

What if my charm or hardware starts to "turn" or tarnish?

Please note that some of our items are silver-plated and may begin to tarnish over time. If that happens, you can polish with a silver-polishing cloth or cream, or use the following method. Note that this strategy is effective, but it can smell unpleasant. • Line the bottom of a dish or bowl with aluminum foil • Bring enough water to a roaring boil to fill bowl or dish • Add 1 tablespoon of baking soda per cup of water; it may bubble and froth • Place the piece in the dish, making sure it's touching the aluminum foil. • Pour the solution of baking soda and boiling water into dish. • Let sit for 2 to 10 minutes, depending on the level of tarnish. • Allow it to dry

How can I cancel an order?

Please contact me through Etsy, before the item ships. I typically ship within one to two days, and I cannot cancel an order once it's handed off to the post office.

What should I do if my tracking shows Delivered, but I didn’t get it?

If it was marked Delivered today, give it until tomorrow; for some reason packages are often scanned Delivered the day before they actually arrive. You should also check with neighbors to see if they got it by mistake. If it doesn’t come the next day, call your local post office (not the 800 number; Google “post office” + your ZIP to find the number) and ask for a GPS scan of the delivery. Often they’ll find it was delivered to the wrong address, and they can retrieve it for you. If none of that works, please contact me by Etsy message WITHIN 5 DAYS of the Delivered scan.
