This is a single-size PDF/digital printable pattern taken from an antique 1893 bodice in my collection. The original has a 35" (89cm) bust, a 25.5" (65cm) waist, and a 16.5" (42cm) armscye. It has a unique front that combines a double-breasted zig-zag overlap with pleating on one side and smooth draping on the other (and darts underneath, of course). It is suitable for the period 1893-1896.
Most of the seams are cut at ¾" allowance, so there's room for adjustment.

This is an advanced level pattern that has darts, gathering, boning, seam binding, applied trim, pleats, etc. I would label this intermediate, except that there are six pattern pieces for the front and they are all different, so it can get a little confusing. Best for people already familiar with Victorian garment construction.

The files include printable tiled versions for A0/copyshop, Letter, and A4 paper, and a document of notes and instructions as well as a link to a folder of detail images of the original garment. **The instructions are text-only and do not include step-by-step images.**
