Terms & Conditions and Right of Withdrawal
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping processing time
Unless it is stated differently in the Shop Announcement, all physical items in our shop are shipped with tracking usually in 1-2 business days after the purchase to the shipping address you provide in your order. Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when placing the order.
Czech Post's expected delivery times are:
Czech Republic: 2-5 business days
EU countries: 5-7 business days
Rest of the World: 6 - 15 business days

We add additional days onto these to cover unpredictable events and unexpected delays due to public holidays, busy periods, or disruption to services through adverse weather, strikes or catastrophic events.
Estimated delivery times may be up to:
- 10 business days from shipping within Czechia
- 20 business days from shipping within EU countries
- 30 business days from shipping to USA
- 35 business days from shipping to Canada

International customers outside the EU are responsible for ensuring the goods are acceptable in their country and for payment of all local taxes, customs duty, processing and import fees.

DAMAGES
Do not accept a package with visible signs of damage. Please check the content of your package immediately upon receipt. Please save the envelope/box with post label and damaged item(s): this will be needed for the insurance claim.
Should the item arrive damaged, we ask you to document the damage in detail as follows:
- Take a photo showing the damage to the packaging inside (if applicable)
- Take 3 photos from 3 different angles/sides of the purchased item, showing the damage that occurred.
- Send us the photos together with your complaint.
We will need this information to file a damage claim with the postal service.
In case of damage to the product inside the package, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt and include photo documentation. Please use Etsy messages for this purpose. Orders damaged during transport are eligible for a refund.
Damage notifications submitted more than 24 hours after receipt of package and/or without photo documentation will not be accepted.

RETURNS DETAILS
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

A traceable, registered service must be used for return shipping. We will not refund items which are lost in transit. Qualified refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the item(s).

MISSING/LOST PACKAGES:
Please let us know if your package is missing or lost, and we will do everything in our power to help you locate it. However, we cannot be held financially liable for missing/lost packages which were previously confirmed as delivered by the postal or courier service.
For packages that are lost, a refund will be given once Czech post office declares the package lost. Investigations can take up to 30 days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Information concerning the EU Right of Withdrawal for distance buying:

Please be informed that, in accordance with Czech consumer protection laws (para. 1880, 1820, 1829 of Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, Government Decree no. 363/2013 Coll.), the buyer has a right to withdraw from purchase agreement within 14 days of having received the purchased item, and to receive a full refund of purchase price including shipping cost.

If the buyer chooses to exercise this right, the buyer must notify the seller of this decision by an unequivocal statement before returning the product:

1. Request a return/cancelation within 14 days of having received the purchased item.
Buyer must send the withdrawal/cancellation notice before the cancellation period has expired, by post, email or via Etsy Messages. We recommend that you use Etsy Messages for all Etsy orders so that records of communications are available to Etsy's administration. Buyer may use the sample form below for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

2. Buyer then returns the product to the seller in its original condition within subsequent 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request. If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please return goods in a re-saleable condition i.e. in original packaging. We suggest taking photos of the item and packaging before returning it.

Buyer pays the cost of return shipping. Returns are at customer risk and customers are recommended to ensure adequate packing and insurance for loss or damage in transit. A registered, traceable service which provides proof of delivery should be used.
For international returns from outside the EU, packages should be marked as "RETURNED GOODS". You will need to attach a completed CN22 or CN23 form.
The refund of the order value, including shipping cost, will be issued within 14 days after the returned product is received and inspected by the seller.
